Overview
Leafbur was founded durring the late 13th century in winter of the year 1181, by Mandea Zlênmê Cownie. The establishment of Leafbur suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Leafbur which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Leafbur was built using the conventions of Sylvin durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Leafbur is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Leafbur is buildings are built arround a single premissive baked earthen mainstreet which forms a counterclockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town is protected by a humble stone fence which is tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. Leafbur's peasent-grade are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.
Leafbur is, in a word, disorder. People seem to be allowed to do as they please with little harmoney to anything. It feels less like a town, and more like a spot people just happened to place their homes. Yet there are small elements here and there which show the underlying structure of the community. It’s just so complex, organic, and flowing one can only understand what is a piece of the puzzle, but not what its neighbors are.

Cultural Notes
Leafbur is led by one or more incompetents. While they must have been very good at something to have acquired the position, they are fundamentally incapable of leading. Uncontrolled passions or lusts, commitment to a hopelessly impractical ideal, pigheaded obstinacy in the face of failure, a total lack of charisma or interpersonal skills, or profound laziness might all unfit them for their post.
Leafbur's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used has a sleek, linear appearance with stylized, often geometric ornamentation. The primary facade of its buildings often featured a series of set backs that create a stepped outline. Low-relief decorative panels can be found at entrances, around windows, along roof edges or as string courses. It was best known for its use of smooth finish building materials such as stucco, concrete block, glazed brick or mosaic tile. Decorative details can incorporate various artistic or exotic motifs to suit the building's function or the architect's whim. Chevrons, zigzags, and other geometrical motifs are common forms of ornament.
In Leafbur sometimes, near one of the seasonal solstices, the sun appears to split into three and it rains from a clear sky for several hours.
The Gremlin near Leafbur are known to be more aggressive than normal.
Leafbur's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves orgies to channel Necromancy energies of tier 1 via mimery.
